Products/Agents

Automate the busywork.

Machines that do the work humans shouldn't have to.

Humans are good at thinking, machines are good at repetitive tasks. Leverage the strengths of both by integrating technology into your workflows.

What an agent is

One trigger. One scope. A human in the loop.

An agent watches for a specific trigger in a specific system, takes action within a defined scope, and routes the judgment back to a human. The trigger could be a case closing, an email landing, a calendar event firing, or a number drifting past a threshold. The action is bounded. The handoff to a human is built in.

We believe the best AI implementations are human-centered. They remove manual processes and create better jobs. Every agent we build automates work that nobody should be doing by hand and gives your team the capacity to do the work only they can.

Every action it takes gets reviewed by a named human role before it goes out. If an agent gets something wrong, and they will, the human catches it before someone else does.

The agents

Agents for the work between your tools.

Eight shapes of judgment-heavy work your software leaves to people. Each watches a trigger, does the mechanical part, and hands the call back to your team. We build them for your systems and your rules.

Input Chasing & Coordination Agent

Work sits blocked while someone plays human reminder service.

Blocked item. Item stuck waiting on a person

Example: Vendor's signed $8,000 contract, due Friday

Workforce-first: Your team reads the room on the stuck relationships, not the inbox.

How it works

Four phases. Same shape as everything else we build.

Every agent engagement follows the same four-phase model.

1

Audit

2 weeks

Senior diagnostic. We sit with your team, walk through one or two workflows that look like agent candidates, and come back with a ranked list of opportunities. The Audit report tells you which agents make sense, in what order, and at what cost.

2

Implementation

6-10 weeks · Fixed fee per agent

The agent gets built, tested against your data, and shipped into production. The handoff to the human role is wired in from day one. You see the agent working in your real environment before it goes live.

3

Adopt

2-3 weeks · Included

Your team learns to work with the agent. We train the human role on review patterns, escalation, and exception handling. Adoption playbooks get written. A champion gets named.

4

Run

Ongoing · Monthly run fee per agent

The agent runs in production. We monitor, iterate, and tune. You own the system. We keep it working.

If you decide to bring everything in-house in three years, you have the runbooks to do it.

Workforce-First

“What if the most powerful growth strategy in business today isn't AI or cost-cutting, but your people?”

Dr. Angela Jackson, The Win-Win Workplace

Every agent we ship has to pass two tests. Does it make the human in the loop more valuable? Does it give the business something it couldn't have without the deployment? Both answers need to be yes.

Two practices we hold to:

Co-design with the workforce.

Every Audit engagement includes interviews with the people doing the work, not just the executives who'll sign the check. The agents we build are the ones the workers asked for. The ones nobody asked for don't get built.

Workforce outcomes get reported alongside business outcomes.

When we hand off an agent to Run, we set up two sets of metrics. The business metrics (revenue captured, time-to-action, accuracy lift) are table stakes. The workforce metrics (hours returned to the role, escalation patterns, satisfaction with the agent handoff) tell us whether the deployment is actually working as we said it would.

Jackson's research showed that companies investing in workforce capability see profit margins up to 50% higher and turnover nearly halved. The agents on this page are built around that premise.

Pricing

Three tiers, per agent. Cloud or on-prem at every tier.

Pricing is per agent. Most customers start with one, then stack a second or third on the multi-agent bundle discount.

Tightly scoped. Add-ons priced transparently for the cases where customers genuinely want more. The Audit determines which tier fits.

Simple

$12,000 cloud · $18,000 on-prem · 4-5 weeks · per agent

Best for: A single-trigger agent against one or two systems, low regulatory burden, one handoff role. The door-opener at audit-adjacent price.

Includes. 1 trigger watched, 1-2 integrated systems, 30 eval scenarios, 1 handoff role, no regulatory overlay, 1 week of Adopt with 1 session, and the first 30 days of Run included.

Standard

Headline tier

$20,000 cloud · $30,000 on-prem · 6-8 weeks · per agent

Best for: The production-agent default. Most agents land here.

Includes. Everything in Simple, plus: 1-2 triggers watched, 2-3 integrated systems, 75 eval scenarios, 1-2 handoff roles, optional regulatory overlay, 2 weeks of Adopt with 2-3 sessions.

Complex

$30,000 cloud · $45,000 on-prem · 8-10 weeks · per agent

Best for: Multi-trigger, multi-system, regulated agents. Denial management with HIPAA overlay, pharmacy chargebacks with DSCSA overlay, FAA-compliant fleet briefings.

Includes. Everything in Standard, plus: 3+ triggers watched, 3-5 integrated systems, 150 eval scenarios, 2+ handoff roles with escalation chain, regulatory overlay (HIPAA, DSCSA, FDA, FAA), 3 weeks of Adopt with 4+ sessions.

Run · Monthly, per agent

After delivery, Run covers hosting on infrastructure you own, monitoring, iteration, exception handling, ongoing eval refinement, and same-day fixes for production issues.

  • Simple: $1,500/mo cloud · $2,000/mo on-prem
  • Standard: $2,000/mo cloud · $3,000/mo on-prem
  • Complex: $3,500/mo cloud · $4,500/mo on-prem

Multi-agent bundle discount

Stack more than one agent and the per-agent price drops. The discount applies to both setup and Run for the life of the bundle.

  • 2 agents: -10% per agent
  • 3-4 agents: -15% per agent
  • 5+ agents: -20% per agent

Example: a 3-agent bundle at Standard cloud lands at $17,000 per agent setup (vs. $20,000 list).

Running Agents alongside other Databender products? The Platform Bundle stacks on top, lowering setup and Run across your whole stack.

Common add-ons

Tight tiers are the headline. Add-on prices are transparent so you know the cost upfront, no negotiation. Priced per agent.

Add-onPrice
Regulatory overlay (HIPAA, DSCSA, FDA, FAA)$10,000
Additional source system$5,000
Additional eval scenarios bundle (50 scenarios)$3,000
Self-hosted LLM serving (cloud add-on)$10,000
Extended escalation chain (3+ tier)$5,000
Mobile/field UI customization$3,500

What drives an agent up or down a tier

Number of triggers watched. Number of integrated systems. Depth of the eval suite. Number of handoff roles, and whether escalation is built in. Whether a regulatory overlay (HIPAA, DSCSA, FDA, FAA) applies. Cloud or on-prem deployment shape. The Audit names the trigger, the handoff role, the systems touched, and the regulatory overlay for each candidate agent, then maps it to the right tier.

The Audit confirms which tier fits each candidate agent, the final scope, and the deployment shape.
